Dr. Jerry Gore, M.D. is the Executive Director of the Center for Holistic Medicine, a comprehensive free standing medical facility devoted to holistic medical care and education in Riverwoods/Deerfield, IL. He practices general medicine and psychiatry using holistic as well as traditional methods. He has 24 years experience in the field as well as teaching, writing and lecturing in the community.

Carol Gore, M.S.W, L.C.S.W., Clinical Social Work
Carol Gore is the co-founder of the Center for Holistic Medicine in Riverwoods. She obtained her degree in Human Services from Washington University in St. Louis and her Masters in Social Work from Loyola University. She has over 20 years of experience in holistic health, including counseling with individuals, couples and families.

Lotti Meier, L.M.T, born in Switzerland is a licensed, board certified massage therapist graduate of Educating Hands School of Massage, Miami, Florida since 2000. After personally experiencing life-changing healing from the 13th Octave LaHoChiTM Energy healing she became certified as a healer in 2002.
Lotti combines LaHoChi energy healing with a short massage that gently brings you to a deep relaxation, peace, tranquility and joy while you receive healing deep within on a cellular, mental, emotional and spiritual level. LoHoChi energy is a channeled ancient high frequency hands-on healing modality that conducts universal life force and clears, balances and restores on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Jose Abrego, born and raised in Chicago, has been studying traditional Chinese martial arts since 1995. Starting with Shaolin Kung Fu, he trained in Henan Province, China at the Shaolin Wushu Guan. In 1998 he gravitated towards Chen Style Tai Chi and had the great honor of learning from Chen Xiaowang, the 19th Generation Chen Family Tai Chi Grandmaster and Chen Bing, the 20th Generation Chen Family Tai Chi Master. Since 1998 he has dedicated himself towards studying Tai Chi.

Dr. Richard Bisceglie, DN, Doctor of Naprapathic Medicine
Dr. Bisceglie is Board Certified and licensed as a Doctor of Naprapathic medicine with the state of Illinois. His practice includes manual manipulation and botanical medicine and supplementation.

BEHZAD FARAH, M.D, Internal Medicine
Dr. Farah has been in private practice for 26 years. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a special interest in Adult and Geriatric preventive medicine. He is on staff at two local hospitals.

Amishi Natani, P.A., Physicians Assistant
Amishi Natani is our new Physician Assistant with a background in Homeopathic Medicine. She has a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago. Amishi has had five years of training receiving a Bachelors in Homeopathy from one of the top five schools in India.
She has worked with women and children for homeopathic treatment of acute and chronic issues such as respiratory problems, behavior problems, skin conditions etc. She has had success treating ADD/ADHD. Her practice includes General Medicine for adults and children using traditional medicine as well as homeopathy. She is a physician in India and works at the Center in conjunction with Dr. Gore.

Joe Miller, L.M.T.
Joe Miller, L.M.T. has practiced John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) since 2002 and Milne-based CranioSacral Therapy (CST) since 2003. A graduate of Chicago's New School for Massage, Bodywork, and Healing, Joe is a licensed massage therapist. He has completed all of the advanced MFR seminars conducted by John Barnes, one of the originators of Myofascial Release Therapy, as well as an internship and a course of intensive therapy at Barnes' MFR clinic in Sedona, Arizona. He has also completed the CranioSacral Sacred Arts program taught by Wes Vaught, an original student of Hugh Milne, one of the originators of CranioSacral Therapy. |

Connie Aburano, R.N., L.A.C., Licensed Acupuncturist
Connie has been a nurse at Evanston Hospital for over 20 years. She uniquely combines acupuncture; shiatsu and energy work in her practice to stimulate the body's own healing. |

Kenji Aoki, L.A.c., Dipl, Ch.H., Licensed Acupuncturist
Kenji is a research member of the New meridian Balance therapy Society in Japan. He has studied Chinese herbology and has participated in the Acupuncture-MRT study project sponsored by HIH at the Dept. of Radiology, Northwestern University. |

Sharon Schwartz, Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner
Sharon has completed a four-year training program in the Feldenkrais Method in Functional Integration and Awareness. Using gently guided motion, Sharon helps people improve their coordination and flexibility and overcome their chronic conditions. |

Bee Itzenheiser, Certified Yoga Instructor
Bee is an experienced yoga practitioner who has practiced and taught yoga for over 20 years. bee conducts yoga classes and gives individual stress reduction and food planning sessions at the center. |

Alisa Courtney, M.A.,L.C.P.C., Counseling Psychology
Alisa obtained her masters of Psychology at the University of Illinois School of Professional psychology. Her practice includes individuals, couples, families and support groups focusing on interpersonal issues. |

Dr. Randall Davis, D.C., C.C.S.T.
Dr. Davis graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN in 1986 and has been in private practice there for 19 years.
In addition to earning his Chiropractic degree, he is licensed in meridian therapy (acupuncture) and has also studied nutrition extensively to incorporate it into his wellness programs. He also specialized in Bio-Detoxification, and female hormone balancing through natural methods. He has advanced training in spinal trauma, earning his C.C.S.T. (Chiropractic Certification in Spinal Trauma) at Life West College of Chiropractic in Los Angeles, California. |

XIN HU L.A.c., LICENSED ACUPUNCTURIST
Xin (Pronounced 'Shin'), graduated in Chinese Medicine in China in 1989. She worked 11 years in Chinese hospitals, including 5 years as chief doctor in a rehabilitation center where she successfully treated the governor of her province.
Dr. Hu has developed Anti-aging, Stress Reduction, Stroke and Surgery Rehabilitation Programs as well as creating an acupuncture face-lift that improves blood and lymph circulation increasing muscle tone to make people look younger. This technique also helps people who suffer fatigue, insomnia and headaches.
