JERRY GORE MDJerry P. Gore, MD Medical Director (more…) Dr.Gore is a co-founder of this center. He obtained his MD from the University of Illinois School of Medicine and his post-graduate work at Northwestern Institute of Psychiatry. He has over 25 years of experience blending nutrition, supplements, homeopathy and psychotherapy into general medicine. Dr. Gore recently published “Holistic Medicine, Physical Health, Peace of Mind, & Clarity of Consciousness” available on Amazon.com and our site.

Carol Gore, M.S.W, LCSW, Clinical Social Work (more…) Carol is a co-founder of this center. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from Loyola University and has over 25 years of experience in holistic health, including counseling with individuals, couples, and families, including holistic medicine consultation for family wellness.

Kenji Aoki, LAc, Dipl, ChH, Acupuncture (more…) Kenji has trained in both Japan and the United States. His scope of practice includes new meridian therapy for immediate pain control extensive knowledge in Chinese herbs,  allergy elimination technique, immune system balancing and treatment of acute illness.

Dr. Richard Bisceglie, DN, CNS Doctor of Naprapathic Medicine, Nutritional Therapist (more…) Dr. Bisceglie is a connective tissue specialist. He utilizes gentle therapeutic techniques, including  infrared and laser therapies to help with pain management. He is a licensed board certified Naprapath and National Board certified Nutritionist.

Katie Bogaard NDKatie Bogaard ND Doctor of Naturopathy Katie studied at National University of Health Sciences where she earned a degree as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND). Naturopathic medicine aims to re-establish the basis of health by utilizing non-invasive therapies.  Katie utilizes many different modalities including dietary and lifestyle modifications, nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, and homeopathy.

Kathleen ChambersKathleen Chambers, Nurse Practitioner (more…) Kathy Chambers, ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner) practices family medicine at the Center for Holistic Medicine! As a licensed nurse practitioner, Kathy can assess, prescribe, and treat primary care illness, as well as provide preventative services that include hormonal, nutritional, and metabolic treatments.  She sees both adults and children, focusing on integrative care.

Dr. Randall Davis, DC, CCST (More…)  Dr. Davis has been in private practice for 26 years and is licensed in chiropractic, acupuncture, muscle testing and has training in spinal trauma. He has studied nutrition, and specializes in balancing hormones naturally, headaches, and gastrointestinal issues. He incorporates Contact Reflex Analysis(CRA) into his practice.

In her practices she uses art and expressive therapies to assist in the healing and treatment of patient needs. She specializes in children and adolescents.

Bee Itzenheiser, Certified Yoga Instructor (more…) Bee has practiced yoga for over 20 years and now teaches classes. She gives individual stress reduction and food planning sessions at the center.

He practices traditional counseling, energy psychotherapy, and life coaching. He treats anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and more for individuals, couples, and families.

Eric Lieb PhotoEric Lieb, Mindfulness (more…)  Eric trains individuals, couples, families, athletes, therapists, not-for-profit professionals, corporate professionals, and performing artists in the practice of Mindfulness. He is a Mindfulness Trainer at the Center, and with his own organization in Chicago. He received a Certificate of Completion for a residential Mindfulness Training program which included over 5,000 hours of training. Mindfulness Training cultivates a greater quality of life for those who practice it. It helps with anxiety, smoking cessation, relaxation, emotional regulation, relationships, athletic / creative performance, body awareness, confidence, task efficiency, task ease, study skills, concentration, compassion, and an overall zest for life!
